Accessibility
A more accessible experience, with help when you need it.
Last updated: October 18, 2026Our commitment
We want people with disabilities to be able to explore our work, understand our services and contact our team. Our goal is to identify and reduce barriers in our digital content and customer interactions, consistent with applicable British Columbia and Canadian human rights and accessibility requirements.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. This statement is not a certification that every page or third-party tool meets a particular standard.
How we approach accessibility
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a design and improvement reference. Our priorities include readable text, sufficient contrast, descriptive links, useful image descriptions, keyboard access, visible focus indicators and layouts that adapt to smaller screens and text enlargement.
For interactive content, we aim to offer understandable controls, avoid unnecessary motion, and respect reduced-motion preferences. These are improvement goals, not a declaration of independently verified site-wide conformance.
Request assistance
If a page, form, image or interactive catalog is difficult to use, email contact@vanguardcabinets.com with the subject “Accessibility assistance.” You do not need to use the website form to request help.
Let us know what you are trying to do and the format or communication method that would help. We can discuss alternatives such as written project information, an explanation of a visual design, or assistance submitting an inquiry. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to describe an access need.
If email is not suitable, you or someone assisting you can ask us to arrange another communication method. We will work with you to find a practical way to help.
Report a barrier
Helpful details include the page address, what went wrong, and—if you wish—the device, browser or assistive technology involved. A screenshot can help but is not required.
We will review your report, discuss an alternative where possible, and use the feedback to prioritize improvements. Timing depends on the issue and any third-party involvement; we will communicate with you rather than promise a fixed resolution date.
Interactive and third-party content
Our website includes visual catalogs, animations, forms and services provided by third parties. Some content may not yet meet every visitor’s needs. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit of the entire website.
If a third-party feature creates a barrier, contact us for assistance. A limitation in an embedded tool does not prevent you from asking our team about a project or requesting another way to receive information.
Your feedback and continued improvement
We use accessibility feedback to respond to the request and improve our services. Please include only the personal information needed to help you. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
We will update this statement as our approach and website change. Nothing in this statement restricts rights or remedies available under applicable law.
